A 15-minute phone conversation to better understand your needs and nutrition goals. This will be an opportunity for me to hear about why you would like to work with a dietitian and for you to decide if we could be a good fit.
A full assessment of medical history, health concerns, past and current eating patterns, dieting history, and more. Together, we will come up with a place to start and set short and long-term goals.
These sessions are where the bulk of the work will happen. We will work through the day-to-day challenges as a team, learn new skills, and unlearn disruptive eating behaviors. We will use this time to work towards your nutrition goals and improve your relationship with food.

A credit/debit card on file is required to hold your appointment.
Our cancellation/rescheduling policy is 48 hours notice or you will be charged the full fee for your session. Please note that insurance does not cover late cancellation/no-show fees.
