Ingredients
- 4 chicken breasts, about 8 oz each, sliced in half lengthwise to make 8
- 3/4 cup whole grain breadcrumbs
- 3/4 cup reduced fat mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tbsp butter, melted or olive oil
- 1 cup Low Sodium Marinara Sauce
- Cooking spray

Instructions
Prepare the Oven and Baking sheet: Preheat the oven to 450°F and lightly spray a large baking sheet with cooking spray.
Coat the Chicken: Mix breadcrumbs and Parmesan cheese in one bowl and melt butter in another. Lightly brush the chicken with butter, then coat it in the breadcrumb mixture.
Arrange the Chicken: Place the coated chicken pieces on the prepared baking sheet. Repeat the process for all chicken pieces.
Bake the Chicken: Lightly spray the tops with oil and bake for 25 minutes.
Add sauce and cheese: Remove from the oven, spoon 1 tablespoon of marinara sauce over each piece, and sprinkle 1 1/2 tablespoons of shredded mozzarella cheese on top.
Finish baking:
