  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 tbsp yogurt of choice (recommended: low added sugar choice)
  • 1 cup unsweetened oat milk or milk of choice



Optional protein icing:

  • 1 tbsp yogurt
  • 1/2 tsp maple syrup
  • 1/2 tsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp unsweetened milk of choice

Instructions

Mix the Dry Ingredients:
In a medium-sized bowl, combine the oats, brown sugar, chia seeds, flaxseed, cinnamon, and a pinch of salt.


Add the Wet Ingredients:
Pour in the milk, yogurt, and vanilla extract. Stir well with a spoon until everything is evenly combined.


Refrigerate the Oats:
Divide the mixture into two small mason jars, cover them, and let the oats set in the refrigerator overnight or for at least 4 hours.
